Champion Awards Application

Congratulations! Your company has been nominated for a Builders Code Workplace Culture Champion Award — a celebration of leadership and commitment to respectful, inclusive workplaces.

Review the Builders Code Champion Award criteria on our website, then complete the application form below to ensure your company is considered for this year’s award.

Provide examples and as much detail as possible so we can fully understand your efforts and commitment to building a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture. Be sure to include information about initiatives supporting women and other equity-deserving groups. Don’t be shy! Share the good work you’re doing and the impact it has on your business and your team.

Share up to three supporting documents — such as reference letters, emails you’ve received this year from external sources, previous awards, or evidence of satisfied workers, clients, or partners — to help showcase your company’s positive impact and recognition.
