Business Benefits of Acceptable Worksite Culture

Improve talent acquisition and retention, safety, and productivity in this 2-hour course designed for owners, executives, and HR leaders in the construction and trades-related Industries.

Establishing the foundation for an Acceptable Worksite Culture begins with leadership and influences the entire organization. The “Business Benefits of Acceptable Worksite Culture” session provides tools to lay the groundwork for a respectful and inclusive worksite culture. By understanding the business benefits, companies are more motivated to apply best practices to foster an environment that reflects the values of their company and the value of their workers.

Course Outcomes:

  • Become fully aware of how your own role in the company influences culture on the worksite.
  • Understand the business case for improving worksite culture.
  • Get real tools to improve the way you communicate with, hire, reward, and manage your team.
  • Reduce incidences of discrimination and bias due to age, gender, race, ethnicity, and other factors that are unrelated to work performance.
