Developing new skills takes training, and culture change is no exception. Builders Code courses are fully facilitated group sessions built by industry for industry to help improve company and worksite culture in BC’s construction sector.

Team Training

Host your own team members, invited at your discretion, with scheduling customized to accommodate your company. We offer three short independent modules in 2-hour virtual sessions, and a full-day training program (offered in a single day, or over 3 segments on different days) eligible for Gold Seal and CPD credits. Pick the courses that work for your team.
